1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on vss55 at any time. Duplicate accounts — whether opened in the same name, with the same contact details, from the same device, or under different identities — are strictly prohibited. vss55 may consolidate or permanently close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must keep your account details current at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

vss55 operates a KYC programme in order to verify player identity, prevent underage gambling, and comply with anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid passport
• Recent bank statement or mobile financial service statement (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) issued within the past three months
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank letter, or government correspondence) dated within the past three months

Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. vss55 will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

vss55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer to and from City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be added or removed at vss55's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum single deposit is ৳500. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however vss55 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large deposits. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) business day subject to successful KYC verification. Withdrawals are made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the vss55 support team. The minimum single withdrawal is ৳1,000. vss55 reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records on vss55 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vss55 does not charge currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. Any conversion fees levied by your bank or mobile financial service provider are outside vss55's control and are your responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by vss55 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game lists. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of thirty-five (35) times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. 5.3 Welcome Bonus

Registering multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture and account closure.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

vss55 employs automated and manual systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, using software or scripts to exploit bonuses, and withdrawing deposited funds before completing any wagering with bonus funds. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of all pending and active bonuses, potential forfeiture of the entire account balance, and permanent account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules

Each game available on vss55 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing wagers. vss55 is not liable for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Sports Betting

All sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and hockey — are governed by vss55's Sports Betting Rules, which form a supplementary part of these Terms. Bets are accepted subject to market availability. In-play bets are accepted at vss55's discretion and may be suspended at any time without notice due to match incidents or data feed interruptions.

6.3 Bet Cancellation

vss55 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, a system error, or where vss55 has reasonable grounds to believe the bet was placed with knowledge of a match result (match-fixing or insider information). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on vss55 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or discovered bug will be forfeited.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or sports betting markets.
• Money laundering or using vss55 as a vehicle for any financial crime, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening accounts on behalf of third parties or allowing third parties to use your account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on vss55.io — including but not limited to the vss55 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, images, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of vss55 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use vss55.io solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from vss55.io without prior written permission from vss55.
